ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. DreamMakers offers products for sale that are available to order & dispatch from our distribution center. Please allow 7-10 business days for production. DreamMakers will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.

Please note, NF DreamMakers is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. It is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive all packages, if no one is available as a receiver, the courier may leave the order at your door; NF DreamMakers is no longer able to assist if the package is lost or stolen following this point.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the shipping carriers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number. 

Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
